ACCESS TO THE LAKE

The association maintains three (3) boat ramps for access to the lake. Each is gated and has a concrete ramp for easy access. A sign appears at each ramp. These are short white vinyl signs with the wording “Boat Ramp “ on a green background. Two (2) additional boat ramps are maintained by neighboring associations and can be used by FLHA association members.

LOCATIONS: (these are gated and require a key)

• Corner of Lakeshore Drive and Knollwood Road
• Lot 66 on Lakeshore Drive - between house #’s 3427 and 3435 (Hepburn)
• Lot 40 on Forest Lake Drive – between house #’s 3508 and 3516 (Jeffords)

Keys to the gate are issued to association members under strict guidelines (see Key Agreement and Boating and Fishing Regulations)

OTHERS:

• Waterford Drive – next to house #3104 (B. Floyd) (Waterford)
• Osprey Drive – between house #’s 1930 and 1924 (F-L Pointe) (there is no concrete ramp at this loction)

Note to Fishermen!

Fishing licenses are required for those 16 years of age and over. Visit SC DNR and Purchase Fishing License Online. While fishing, licenses must be in possession whether on boat, dock or land.

Fish limits: (see SC rules and regulations at SC DNR).

• Flat fish (i.e. Bream, Crappie) limit 30
• Bass limit 10 (The SC Fish and Game Department has recommended we release any bass fish under 12 inches in length.)
• Catfish no limit
